We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Technician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our experienced technicians in various tasks related to the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn from skilled professionals in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Prepare job sites, including moving equipment and materials.
Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Help with the fabrication and installation of ductwork.
Perform basic tasks such as cleaning air filters and changing thermostats.
Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
