I highly recommend Cool Aid AC Service. We had a clog in our A/C on a Sunday and Chris called us back the same day to make sure we got our A/C running again. We did, but also wanted to make an appointment for him to check out our unit. Chris was on time for the appointment, thoroughly explained everything, made recommendations, and answered any questions we had- all for a very reasonable price. Chris and his team responded quickly when our A/C stopped working. They completed a thorough diagnosis, and everything was repaired in a timely fashion at a fair price. I will be a repeat customer of Cool Aid and highly recommend them.
Chris came out to do a preventative service within two days of calling the office for an appointment which is a very quick service. His rates are very reasonable, he is honest and trustworthy. We have used Cool Aid for years and now our children use them as well for all their home air conditioning needs. Great company and even better people!!
WOW - where do we start? Chris is absolutely amazing!! We were without air for days - I called Chris on Father’s Day, and he had a new unit for us the next day! That is unbelievable customer service! The two installers that came to our house were beyond fabulous as well! They were so knowledgeable and hard-working! They did not stop until everything was perfect, and we appreciated that! We cannot say enough good things about Chris, the installers, and Cool Aid! You guys are top-notch, and we will share our experience with everyone we know!!
